- 100% payment is required before online orders are handed over to couriers for delivery

- Couriers deliver between Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00 (no public holidays)

- Collections can be made between Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00 (no public holidays)

During COVID-19, collections are not available

- Additional Transport charges may apply if the given delivery address is changed

Return / Refund:

- Exchanges can be made within 7 days on non branded items, if unworn and within original packaging

- Size Exchanges are available on any unbranded &/or unworn items (please email sales@siclothing.co.za for exchanges

- No Refund or Returns will be processed on any branded orders or worn items

Charges & Refunds 

- A return charge may apply on the refund amount on any damaged or worn items returned or returns processed after the given 7 days
